Learn more about our services
A broker will be assigned to collect necessary data about your load. Information to be collected includes contact information, addresses, freight weight and type, dimensions, handling condition, commodity type, etc. An agent will then engage with the shipper and/or carrier to schedule your load.
We use industry leading specialized loading and booking software to apply our loads in a Transportation Management System (TMS). Through TMS we can find reputable carriers to provide secure and reliable freight services.
One of the main stages in the freight loading process, the assigned broker will connect with drivers to ensure they have arrived on time and facilitate the process of safe cargo loading. The carrier then signs the bill of lading and becomes responsible for freight while in transit.
With state of the art technology we pledge complete transparency during the transit process, as we provide our partners with services that include real time freight status updates.
Upon confirmation of successful unloading, the consignee will sign the bill of lading and the assigned agent will accept completed paperwork and invoices from the shipper.
The assigned agent will invoice the shipper and the brokerage will distribute payment to the carrier on behalf of the shipper.
